has worked in the fields of
plant breeding, genetics and genomics for nearly 30 years. He has won
numerous awards throughout his career -- most recently the 2004 Wolf
Foundation Prize in Agriculture and the 2008 Rank Prize in Nutrition. He was
elected as a Member of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences in 1995 and a
Foreign Fellow of the Royal Society of London in 2009. He holds a B.S. in
Agronomy (Colorado State University, 1976) and a Ph.D. in Genetics (Univ. of
California, Davis, 1979)

She holds a B.S. in Microbiology and Genetics (Syracuse University, NY,
1987), a M.S. in Plant Breeding and Genetics (Cornell University, 1998),

Dr. Vincent Pétiard (Executive Vice-President & Director of Business Development)
has had a long career in industrial research and is the former Director of
the Nestle Plant Science and Technology Center in Tours, France. He holds a
M.S. in Plant Biology and Genetics, and a Ph.D. in Plant Breeding from the
University of Paris. His technical expertise in agriculture and plant
breeding/biotechnology has been applied to a variety of crops -- including
both specialty and tropical commodities. He also has considerable experience
in business development for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.
