Nature Source Genetics is a computational genomics company dedicated to the development and application of new algorithms designed to harness natural genetic variation in the improvement of crop plants. Located in Ithaca, New York, NSG scientists interact with a team of distinguished faculty from Cornell University and other major research institutions, in problems related to quantitative genetics, including optimization of population structure/design, QTL detection/validation, and QTL deployment in commercial breeding programs. In addition to the computational headquarters in Ithaca, NSG has access to experimental field test sites around the world.
