| Dr. Fulton is Director of Operations at NSG as
well the Director of Outreach at the Cornell University Institute for Genomic
Diversity -- An institute devoted to research and training in genetic diversity,
plant genomics, biodiversity conservation, and solving problems affecting
global food security. Dr. Fulton received a B.S. in Microbiology and Genetics
from Syracuse University in 1987, a M.S. in Plant Breeding & Genetics
from Cornell University in 1996, and Ph.D. in Science Education from Cornell
